FAQ – Fotografiska Academy

Who can join this course?

This course is open to everyone, with no prerequisites. It’s perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike who are interested in exploring collage-making and photography as an avenue for creative expression.

How much does the course cost?

The course fee is 300 € (240 € for Fotografiska Members), which includes all four course sessions, select materials, a single exhibition ticket to the Frank Ockenfels 3 exhibition and a celebratory reception at Bar Verōnika.

When and where does the course take place?

The course is held at Fotografiska Berlin, Oranienburgerstraße 54, 10117 Berlin, on the following dates:

• February 17, 18:30–21:30 (includes a visit to the Franck Ockenfels 3 exhibition)
• February 24, 18:30–21:30
• March 3, 18:30–21:30
• March 10, 18:30–21:30 (includes a reception at Bar Verōnika).

Please arrive at the main entrance by 18:15 to be guided to the study room.

What materials do I need to bring for the course?

You only need to bring paper to collage on in any size you prefer. If you have personal collage materials at home, like magazines, newspapers, postcards, maps or books, feel free to bring them, though it’s not required since all necessary materials will be provided.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 7 days before the course start date: Full refund.
Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund.

Museum Cancellation: If the course does not meet the minimum of five participants, a full refund will be issued. Participants will be notified at least 5 days before the start date.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request or notification of course cancellation.
