Daniel “Dee” Klare is a German-Nigerian actor known for Sam – ein Sachse (Grimme Prize) and Die Zweifler (Best Series Award Cannes, TV Prize, Hessian Film Prize). His latest projects, Echt Friends and Next Level have just been released. Before acting, he made his mark in streetwear and Amsterdam’s nightlife. With his unstoppable charisma, he has plenty of stories to share – and, like our host Annabelle, hails from northern Germany.

Annabelle Mandeng, host of Aktivkohle podcast

Actor, presenter, and voice artist Annabelle Mandeng stars in international productions, including the Netflix thriller Exterritorial. As a moderator of various awards and discussions, she has shared the stage with stars like Morgan Freeman, John Travolta and Liam Neeson. Annabelle also co-founded Be a Bunch, a platform for safer spaces. In her podcast Aktivkohle, Annabelle engages in deep and humorous conversations with guests from Germany’s BIPOC community, highlighting their successes and the value of a diverse society.
