For the final month of Hip Hop: Conscious, Unconscious, we’re turning up the heat. Join us for two DJ takeovers in the exhibition space, where you can groove to hip hop beats, sip a drink and discover more than 50 years of US and German hip hop through photography.

On 9 January, we are joined by Greek DJ Dimitra Zina for hip hop, lofi, jazz and soul. One week later, on 16 January, Yami Club’s very own Dom Hyuga will take you on a sonic journey from Watts to Harlem.

Dimitra Zina

Dimitra Zina is a Greek DJ, curator and radio host on Radio Alhara and Stegi Radio. With numerous international performances, Dimitra Zina stands out in Berlin for her ability to craft soulful journeys through hip hop, lofi, jazz and soul.
