Join Brooklyn Reardon for a guided meditation inspired by Hysteria, the exhibition by Cooper & Gorfer. In the dark exhibition surrounded by luminous artworks, you’ll be invited into a space of calm and visualization.

Drawing on her Indigenous heritage, Brooklyn weaves ancestral knowledge into a practice shaped by the exhibition’s themes – transformation, identity, and emotional depth. The meditation offers a chance to journey inward to explore your personal landscape embrace vulnerability, and discover inner strength.

The session concludes with a guided journaling reflection, creating room for insight, integration, and self-discovery.

Note: Please wear warm, cozy clothing that you feel comfortable sitting and resting in. Yoga mats will be provided by lululemon.
