Join us for the opening of Introspection by Frank Ockenfels 3, an exhibition that invites you to explore the artist’s creative process, and through that, access your own.

On the opening night, join Frank Ockenfels alongside acclaimed singer-songwriter and POLYTON creative director Balbina, as well as music journalist, DJ and Editor-in-Chief of The Berliner, Jonny Tiernan, for a discussion on the intersection of music and photography. Together they’ll explore the cultural impact of iconic album art, the challenges of authenticity in the digital age and the symbiotic relationship between sound and imagery in shaping artistic narratives.

In the rebellious spirit, Berlin live band Die Anstalt will play a raw blend of 80s synth punk and dark 60s surf guitar from their debut EP Rat Race. From 20:00 until late, the afterparty heats up in the Café Bar with a DJ set by MILK ME, the duo known for curating Berlin’s underground sound and combining punk and avant-garde influences into unforgettable live performances.

This exhibition is part of EMOP Berlin - European Month of Photography.
