Is food an art form? Moderated by food journalist Per Meurling, this panel brings together two MICHELIN-starred chefs, one MICHELIN-starred restaurant manager and the co-author of Faces of Gastronomy to offer their insights on the future of food – in Berlin and beyond. The conversation will cover the current trends in fine dining, how international culinary scenes compare to the German capital, and whether haute cuisine can be considered an artistic practice.

After the talk, you can get your copy of Faces of Gastronomy signed by the panelists.
