In NACHTS, Berlin-based photographer Mischa Fanghaenel immortalizes the kaleidoscope of personalities within the city’s club scene. With nearly 20 years of experience, both behind the camera and on the door as a bouncer, Fanghaenel draws on Berlin’s nightlife as a muse and canvas, challenging stereotypes and highlighting the stories that shape the city’s nocturnal identity.
Fanghaenel’s work stands out for its masterful use of light and shadow, employing chiaroscuro techniques to add emotional depth. His signature blend of timeless portraiture and soft luminosity creates compelling visual narratives that dive into themes of identity, belongingand urban life.
